Refund policy

All sales are final. Each item is an antique or vintage piece and is sold in as-found condition, reflecting age and historical wear. We provide detailed descriptions and images to ensure transparency about condition prior to purchase.

In the event that an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at thebrasslotus@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate an insurance claim, we require clear photographs of the following:

• All sides of the shipping box

• The interior packaging

• All sides of the damaged item

Please retain all original packaging materials, as they are necessary for the claims process. We will file and manage the insurance claim on your behalf.
